Composition: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2,5% Pinot Noir, 1,5% Mourvèdre, 1% Grenache
VINTAGE: 2022 was vintage for Napa Valley. Warm days and cool nights yielded wines with ripe flavors, ample structure and vibrant
acidity. A warm Summer was followed by a warm fall, allowing for flavor development.
TASTING NOTES: In a tip of the cap to Old World nuance and sophistication, our 2022 Napa Valley Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon from the famous G3 Rutherford Vineyard reveals whispers of tangerine and passion fruit, and a nice infusion of melon at the back palate. Distinct aromas of strawberries, peach and red currant on the nose. We’ve opted for the complexity and elegance afforded by aging in neutral oak barrels. This old world technique delivers polished structure and more depth and richness to the palate including a nice finish. Light and pretty, this Rosé is crisp and dry with vibrant acidity, tropical fruit and a soft mouth feel.
AGING: 5 months in neutral French oak barrels. Drink now or age through 2029.
